Shipping policy

Due to the nature of our products, all orders for cut flowers are final and cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or modified once the order has been placed. Cut flowers are perishable goods and are prepared specifically for the selected date and time. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they will personally collect the order or be available to receive the delivery on the chosen date and time. Failure to collect or receive the order does not qualify for a refund.
